›› Shipping and Billing address:
  It is important to put your contact telephone number so that we can verify your order, shipping and billing information. If both shipping and billing addresses are not the same, please use a telephone number so that we are able to reach you between the following hours; 8 am – 5 pm EST or 6 pm – 10pm EST. For your information, if we are unable to reach you, your order cannot be processed and will not be shipped.
   
›› Free Shipping offer:
  We are offering Free UPS Ground Shipping within the Continental United States only, on all orders over $150.00. Please take advantage of our limited time offer. This offer applies to purchases totaling $150.00 or more excluding “Taxes” on your order. Personalized Invitations orders do not qualify for this “free shipping” offer. Orders requiring shipment to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for our “free shipping” offer.
   
›› Shipping Information:
  We ship to your home or business street address, within the United States and Canada only. Please note UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

For orders shipped within the US, standard UPS ground shipping will deliver your order to your home or office street address, within (2-7) business days after shipment, from our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days with the exception of weekends and holidays. Orders containing personalized or engraved items take 10-15 business days to process. Veils, headpieces, gloves or cake tops may require up to 4 weeks for delivery.

If there are any problems while processing your order within this timeframe, we will notify you by email at the address you provided. Note: UPS only ships to Alaska and Hawaii via Next Day Air and 2nd Day; You will incur additional charges, depending on the dollar amount of your purchase.

For Rush Orders, you may specify UPS Overnight or 2nd Day Air; however, you will be responsible for those shipping charges, if applicable, also including any manufacturer rush charges that may incur. The above stated order processing times still apply .

NOTE: We do not deliver on Saturdays

If there are any modifications regarding your order, please contact us by 9:00 a.m. the following business day. Cancellations must be made in writing , via email . Refer to the contact information found on our web site home page. Any packages that are refused at delivery will incur a $20 return processing fee in addition to the original shipping charges.

For your safety and security, please be advised that carriers sometimes leave packages unattended, or with a neighbor. If no one is there to receive the package when delivery is attempted, we are not responsible for lost, forgotten or even stolen packages. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but in no case shall we issue a refund or free replacement for an order when the carrier can provide a delivery confirmation.

  NOTE: Additional shipping charges may apply for orders containing large quantities of heavy products such as place card frames, bubbles, etc. Should this occur, you will be contacted to approve additional charges. At no time will additional charges be applied without your knowledge or consent. Shipping charges for Personalized Invitations orders are specifically quoted at the time of order and do not follow the above chart!
   
›› Return Policy:
  Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed for 15 days from the date of receipt of your original purchase. This must fall PRIOR to your wedding date. Please keep the following in mind:
 
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the wedding date.
Any alterations made to any items, including original product packaging that has been opened or damaged, will void all warranties and will not be accepted as a return under any circumstances.
Please Note that all merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. However, if you receive any product that is defective or has been damaged during shipment, we will immediately replace the product without charge. Freight shall be payable by you both ways.
Certain items will not be accepted as returns.

Any invitation or other item purchased from our Personalized Invitations offerings! Returns of these items must be handled directly through www.123WeddingShop.com
  All returns must be accompanied by a RMA request form described below in "Return Requirements".
   
›› Return Requirements:
 
Print the “RMA” request form” receipt that will be emailed to you when your request has been accepted.
Fill out a “ RMA” within 10 days of receipt of the order.
Return the product in the original box with packing materials as is, along with the return request form receipt and original packing sheet.
We suggest insuring your return package, since we are not responsible for any items that are broken in return shipment. If items are broken, no refund will be given. Returned items must be post marked within 10 days after receipt of “return request form”
The item(s) must be received by 123WeddingShop.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. This must fall prior to your wedding date.
Please Note that all merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. However, if you receive any product that is defective or as been damaged during shipment, we will immediately replace the product without charge. Freight shall be payable by you both ways.
   
›› Exchanges:
  If you purchase a product from us and it does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange it for any product from our extensive collection. If the product you choose as a replacement carries a lower price, we will refund the difference. The bride is responsible for shipping and handling. To exchange any of our products follow the instructions listed above in "Return Policy".

If the product you choose as a replacement carries a higher or lower price, your account (or you) will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.
   
›› Defective or Damaged Products:
  We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will refund or exchange providing you follow the "Return Policy" listed above.
   
›› Refunds:
  We will give a refund for any of our products that are damaged in shipping or are shown to have factory defects, or does not meet your complete satisfaction. Refunds or credits will not be given for products that have been used or damaged by customer from misuse or neglect. Engraved items, and custom orders are non-refundable (with the exception of those that have factory defects or are damaged in shipping). Defective/damaged items must be returned for inspection or no refund will be given.

Shipping charges or rush charges will not be refunded. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a 123WeddingShop.com error.

To receive a refund, follow the instructions listed in "Return Policy".

Under no circumstances, will refunds or exchanges be given after our warranty period.
